INVITATION TO BID

FCA is launching a “Local Open Tender” and invites interested contractors from Turkana West Sub-County in supplying of the following Tenders:

Tender 1 – Rehabilitation works.

Rehabilitation of classrooms and kitchens in Morning star primary school, Kalobeyei settlement primary school, Friends primary school, Future primary school and Joy primary school, Fabrication of two sports facilities in Kalobeyei Settlement, Turkana County. (Tender 1)

Bidding will be conducted through open tender procedure (there will be an opening tender session)

1. All the goods are for a humanitarian project implemented by FCA in Kalobeyei/Kakuma.
2. Please note, the bid prices shall be quoted in KES only inclusive of VAT.

All bids, in English only, must be submitted as one fully scanned document (both the tender dossier and supporting documents) online through E-mail: Kenya.tender1@kua.fi_ with the tender reference number as the subject of the mail: by 2359 hrs. Kenyan time on 22/07/2021. Late bids will be rejected.

Applicants with enquiries regarding these tenders should send them in writing via E-mail Keco.Procurement@kua.fi up to 16/07/2021 by 1700hrs.

3. Tenders will be opened at the address mentioned below at the time stated in the tender dossier. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, tender opening will take place on 27/07/2021 at 10.00 am through zoom (Please share the company representative’s email where the link will be sent).
4. Tender documents will be available from 14/07/2021 at 0800hrs to 22/07/2021 by 1700hrs. Interested Bidders may obtain a complete set of bidding documents in English at no cost from the contact mentioned below.

Note:

– This tender is open only for the local contractors from Turkana County and preferably from Turkana West Sub-County.

-All bidding companies should provide genuine documentations for the minimum Administrative compliance/criteria. Companies that fail to meet one of these requirements will be rejected.
