1. The NG–CDF MVITA invitessealed tendersfor the construction of RENOVATION TO COMPLETION OF
10 CLASSROOMS BLOCK; DEMOLITION, FLOOR FINISH,(TERRAZZO), PAINTING BOTH
INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL, INSTALLATION OF NEW CEILING, ROOFING AND
ELECTRICAL WORKS AT SERANI PRIMARY SCHOOL.
located at Mvita Constituency for a period of 6 months.
2. Tendering will be conducted under open Sub county Tender using a standardized tender document. Tendering
is open to all qualified and interestedTenderers with business permit of Mombasa County.
3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during
office hours 0900 to 1600 hours at the address given below.
4. A complete set of tender documents may be purchased or obtained by interested tenders upon payment of a nonrefundable fees of Kshs. 1,000 in cash or Banker’s Cheque and payable to the address given below. Tender
documents may be obtained electronically from the Website www.tenders.go.ke . Tender documents obtained
electronicallywill be free of charge.
5. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website or www.tenders.go.ke Tenderers
who download the tender document must forward their particularsimmediately to cdfmvita@ng-cdf.go.ke,0722305811
P.O Box 43258-80100to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
6. Tendersshall be quoted be in Kenya Shillings and shall include all taxes. Tenders shall remain valid for 210 days
fromthe date of opening oftenders.
7. All Tenders must be accompanied by a a tender security of Kshs. 150,000. from a financial institution
recognized by CBK or insurance companies approved by PPRA
8. TheTenderershall chronologically serialize all pages ofthe tender documentssubmitted in the format of
1,2,3,4……… ( from the cover page to last page including all the attachments).
9. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 17/06/2025 at 1000hrs ElectronicTenders
Not be permitted.
10. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any dead line date and
time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives
who choose to attend atthe address below.
11. Late tenderswill be rejected.
