REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL FOR CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR DEVELOPMENT OF THE 6TH STRATEGIC PLAN 2023/2028 – CMA

CAPITAL MARKETS AUTHORITY TENDER FEBRUARY 2023 

TENDER NOTICE 

The Capital Markets Authority is seeking proposals from qualifi ed consultants to work with the Authority in developing
a strategic plan for its next phase of growth with details as follows;

Tender documents detailing the requirements of the above tender may be downloaded at no fee from the
Authority’s websites www.cma.or.ke or https://tenders.go.ke/OpenTenders from 7th February 2023. Bidders are
required to register their participation by sending their details via email to supplychain@cma.or.ke in order to
receive clarifications and/or communication where necessary.
Completed Tender documents in plain sealed envelopes clearly marked on top with the tender name and tender
number should be addressed as follows:-

Embankment Plaza, Longonot Road, Upperhill,
P.O. Box 74800 – 00200,
Nairobi, KENYA
and must be deposited in the Tender Box on 3rd Floor, Embankment Plaza, Longonot Road, Upperhill, Nairobi.
So as to be received on or before the closing date shown above. Tenders will be opened promptly thereafter in the
presence of the Tenderers representatives who choose to attend the opening at the Conference Room, 4th fl oor,
Embankment Plaza, Longonot Road, Upperhill, Nairobi.
With the exception of responding to CMA’s request for clarification, bidders shall not contact or discuss any aspect
of their tenders with CMA after the tender closing date and before receipt of notification of award of tender or letter
of regret as applicable. Any such contact shall lead to disqualification of the tenderer.
Late bids shall be rejected.
