INVITATION TO TENDER
REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL TO CARRY OUT ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT ASSESMENT FOR 12 NO CLIMATE CHANGE RESILIENT INVESTMENT PROJECTS
TENDER NO. 2095067-2025/2026
1. The County Government of Taita Taveta invites sealed tenders to carry out Environmental
Impact assessment for FLLoCA projects within four sub counties Government of Taita
Taveta of P.O BOX 1066-80304 WUNDANYI for the financial 2025-2026
2. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method National using a standardized
tender document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender
Document(s) during office hours from 8.30 a.m to 4.30 p.m from Supply Chain Department.
4. A complete set of tender documents may be obtained by interested tenderers electronically
from www.tenders.go.ke or www.taitataveta.go.ke under tender portal will be free of
charge. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website (insert
website). Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars
immediately to (insert email address) to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
5. All Tenders must be accompanied by tender security of Kshs.0 in form of bankers’ cheque,
Bank or Insurance guarantee, issued by insurance company registered and licensed by the
Insurance Regulatory Authority and listed by Public Procurement Regulatory Authority valid
for at least 120 days after the date of tender opening
6. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
7. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 20TH FEBRUARY 2026
Electronic Tenders will not be permitted.
8. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any
deadline date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the
Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
9. Late tenders will be rejected.
