ROUTINE MAINTENANCE OF KITHIONI -KYAKITHUKU-KIVANI ROAD (MUTHWANI STREAM KWA SATI DRIFT)70M .

1. The DEPARTMENT OF INFRASTRUCTURE, TRANSPORT, HOUSING, PUBLIC WORKS &ENERGY
2. invites sealed tenders for the ROUTINE MAINTENANCE OF KITHIONI -KYAKITHUKU-KIVANI ROAD(MUTHWANI STREAM KWA SATI DRIFT)70M .
3. Tendering will be conducted under competitive Open Method – Open National Tendering using a standardized
tender document. Tendering is open to all tenderes.
4. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain furtherinformation and inspect the tender
documents during normal office working hours at the office of Chief Officer department
of Infrastructure,Transport,Housing,Public Works and Energy ,Makueni county.
5. A complete set of tender documents may be obtained by interested candidates from County
Government Website www.tenders.go.ke or www.makueni.go.ke free of charge.
6. The Tenderershall chronologically serialize and paginate all pages of the tender documents submitted.
7. Bid security of Ksh. 100,000.00 Valid for 170 daysfrom the date of tender opening (Original bid
security to be submitted to the office of the Chief Officer Infrastructure, Transport, Public Works and
Energy on/before 10th October,2025 at 10.00Am.
8. Mandatory Pre-tender site visit shall be held on 6th October,2025 at the site. Interested bidders shall
converge at KYAMBEKE MARKET,WARD ADMINISTRATOR’S OFFICE and then proceed to the site.
Bidders must provide a Pre-bid attendance certificate and ensure they are signed by the procuring
entity representative.
9. Completed tendersshall be submitted electronically through IFMIS system
www.suppliers.treasury.go.ke on or before 10th October,2025 at 10:00 AM.
10. Tenders will be electronically opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above.
Bidders may also attend on 10th October,2025 at 10.00Am to witness the opening of the tenders at
Devolution Boadroom Located in Makueni County.
