SOLICITATION FOR THE SUPPLY OF CONSUMABLES  FOR HYGIENE AND SANITARY CARE SERVICE FOR THE WORLD BANK GROUP OFFICE, KENYA

The World Bank Group invites Expressions of Interest to pre-qualify firms supplying hygiene and sanitary care consumables. Firms that qualify will be invited to participate in a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Supply of Consumables for Hygiene and Sanitary Care Services for the World Bank Group office in Kenya. Interested firms should have

(i)            a minimum of five (5) years relevant experience in the industry;

(ii)           a minimum revenue of the KES 28,000,000.00 (equivalent to approx. USD 238,000.00 annually), for the years 2019 and 2020; and

(iii)          mandatory business registration, licenses and permits to operate the business in Kenya.

The Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to, the supply of the following consumables:

1. a)antibacterial hand wash liquid/gel;
2. b)antibacterial hand, toilet seat and urinal sanitizers;
3. c)jumbo toilet rolls;
4. d)paper hand towels;
5. e)bin liners, etc.,
6. f)supply of the associated dispenser units for each product.
