Interested Bidders May Inspect and Obtain A Complete Set of Tender Documents upon Payment of Non-Refundable Fee of Kshs 1,000 (One Thousand Kenya Shillings) Only In Cash during Normal Working Hours.
Bidders Who Meet The Following Requirements Supported By Certified Copies Of Requisite Documents At Submission Will Be Considered For Further Evaluation.

- Provide Pin/Vat Registration Certificate.
- Provide Valid Tax Compliance Certificate.
- Project No. Ng-Cdf/Market/Tenders/23/19-20 must provide a Bid Bond of Ksh.100, 000 which Must Remain Valid For 60 Days In Form Of Bank Guarantee From A Reputable Bank/insurance Firm.
