SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF A LAND CRUISER 4.2 L, 4 DOOR HARDTOP – NGCDF

NATIONAL GOVERNMENT CONSTITUENCIES DEVELOPMENT FUND BOARD TENDER AUGUST 2022 

The Samburu West NGCDF committee invites sealed bids from eligible suppliers and dealers of
motor vehicle for the supply and delivery of a Land Cruiser 4 Door Hardtop to be delivered
within 100 days from the date of signing the contract at the NG- CDF Samburu West Office.

Interested bidders must attach the following mandatory requirements;
1. The bid prices MUST be net after all application taxes and in Kenya shillings
2. A certified copy of pin certificate
3. A certified copy of registration certificate/ incorporation 4. A certified copy of current trading license 5. A certified copy of current CR12 showing all the directors and attach copies of the
identity cards. 6. A copy of VAT certificate.
7. A copy of current Valid Tax compliance certificate. 8. Attach copies of samples of previously built buses and contacts of institutions supplied
to.
Detailed tender documents with complete specifications can be obtained from the
Samburu West NG – CDF office at a non-refundable fee of Ksh.1,000.00 and issued
with a miscellaneous receipt.
Complete tender documents submitted in plain sealed envelopes clearly with the tender
number & be deposited in the tender box situated at the Samburu West NG-CDF office
on or before 15th August 2022 at 10:00 a.m.

Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of bidders or their
representatives who choose to attend. The procuring entity reserves the right to accept
