Supply And Delivery Of One 51 seater Bus – NG-CDFC Ugunja

NATIONAL GOVERNMENT CONSTITUENCIES DEVELOPMENT FUND UGUNJA CONSITITUENCY TENDER JUNE 2021 

The National Government Constituency Development Fund Committee (NG-CDFC] Ugunja Constituency and Project Management Committee [PMC3 of Nyasanda Community High School, wishes to invite interested eligible competent suppliers from reputable companies for the below mentioned tender.

All submitted bids must be serialized by the bidder and attach the following documents:

1. A certified copy of certificate of registration /incorporation
2. A certified copy of the company CR12 and ID copies of directors
3. Certified copy of a valid KRA PIN registration certificate
4. Acetified copy of a valid Tax compliance certificate for the firm
5. Certified copy of last two year’s audited books of accounts or the last six months banks statement
6. A duly filled, stamped and signed tender documents
7. Evidence of similar works done for the last 3 years
8. A sworn affidavit confirming no litigation history
9. Tender documents with detailed specifications and tendering conditions can be obtained from the NG-CDF Ugunja offices during normal working hours upon payment of a non- refundable fee of ksh.l, 000 in cash at the NG-CDF office per set of documents. Price quoted should be inclusive of all government taxes. Completed bid documents should be addressed to;

And submitted/deposited in the tender box situated at the NG-CDF UGUNJA OFFICES

in plain sealed envelopes marked tender name and tender number as to reach on or

before 14^th July, 2021 at 11:00 am. Bids will be opened immediately thereafter in the

presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.
