KTDA Management Services Ltd invites bids from eligible Truck, Pickup and Agricultural Tractor Dealers for Supply and delivery to its managed Tea Factories on framework contract arrangement as specified in the tender documents.
Interested eligible firms may obtain tender documents detailing the requirements from Procurement office located on first floor KTDA Farmers Building Moi Avenue, Nairobi during office hours upon payment of the non- refundable tender registration fee. The documents should be deposited in the Tender Box at the reception on Ground floor, KTDA Farmers Building, Moi Avenue Nairobi, so as to be received not later than 09.30 AM, on 8TH November, 2022. Opening shall be on the same day.
Tender opening shall be virtual through a video link. Bidders shall be provided with the log in credentials before the tender opening.
Canvassing will lead to automatic disqualification from the tendering process.
