INVITATION TO TENDER (ITT) 
SUPPLY, DELIVERY, INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE OF CLOSED-CIRCUIT TELEVISION
(CCTV)/VIDEO MANAGEMENT SYSTEM, INTRUDER ALARM SYSTEM AND BIOMETRIC
ACCESS CONTROL FOR HUDUMA KENYA PROGRAMME

TENDER NO: SDPS/HKS/ONT/011/2023-2024/1 
1. The Ministry invites sealed tenders for the Supply, delivery and installation of Closed-circuit
television (CCTV)/video management system, intruder alarm system and biometric access
control for huduma kenya programme.
2. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method (National) using a standardized
tender document. Tendering is open to all eligible, qualified and interested Tenderers.
3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender
Documents during office hours 0900 to 1700 hours at the address given below.
4. Tender documents may be obtained electronically from the Website www.hudumakenya.go.ke.or
PPIP Portal./tenders.go.ke. Tender documents obtained electronically will be free of charge.
Tenderers downloading documents from a designated Website shall advise the Procurement
Entity that they have downloaded the tender documents, giving full contact addresses of the
tenderer to Email: tenders@hudumakenya.go.ke;
5. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website
www.hudumakenya.go.ke.orPPIP Portal./tenders.go.ke.Tenderers who download the tender
document must forward their particulars immediately to Email: tenders@hudumakenya.go.ke;
6. All Tenders must be accompanied by a duly filled and stamped Tender-Securing Declaration
Form.
7. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before Tuesday 6th February
2024 at 11am. Electronic Tenders will not be permitted.
8. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any
deadline date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the
Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
9. Late tenders will be rejected.
