SUPPLY, DELIVERY, INSTALLATION, TESTING AND COMMISSIONING OF AN INTEGRATED HOSPITAL MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM
TENDER NO. MRU/METRH/0NT/001/2023-2024
The Meru Teaching and Referral Hospital [MeTRH], under its Department of Health Services now invites sealed bids from eligible Service providers for the above aforementioned. Interested candidates may obtain further information and inspect the tender document from METRH website: www.metrh.or.ke and Government Portal: https://tenders.go.ke for free.
Interested service providers shall forward their particulars immediately for recording and further clarification and addenda to: hospitalmeru@gmail.com or info@metrh.or.ke;
They may also seek for clarification at Meru Teaching and referral hospital procurement office as from 8.00am- 1.00pm and 2.00pm to 5.00pm from Monday to Friday.
Completed set of tender documents shall be delivered & deposited in the tender box located at the reception of the Meru Teaching and Referral Hospital headquarter and addressed to:

P.O. BOX 8-60200 MERU
on or before 19th JULY, 2023 at 10.00 A.M.
Prices quoted should be inclusive of all taxes and delivery costs, must be expressed in Kenya shillings and shall remain valid for a period of 126 days from the closing date of the tender;
Tenderers shall furnish, as part of their application a tender security as indicated in the instructions to tender.
Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any deadline date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
Late tenders will be rejected.
