KTDA POWER COMPANY LTD TENDER FEBRUARY 2022 

KTDA Power Company Limited (KPTC), a wholly-owned subsidiary of KTDA Holdings Ltd provides management and consultancy services to Regional Power Companies (RPCs) distributed across the tea growing areas in Kenya. KPTC invites proposals for supply, implementation and commissioning of an ERP System with capability to provide an end-to-end process including but not limited to finance and administration management, human resource management, project management operation and maintenance management, monitoring and evaluation, planning and design management.

Interested eligible bidders may obtain a detailed Request for Proposal documents from the procurement office, on first floor KTDA Farmers Building Moi Avenue, Nairobi during office hours upon payment of the non- refundable tender fee. Both financial and technical proposal documents should be submitted in sealed envelopes marked with the tender name and reference number addressed to:

Completed documents should be deposited in the tender box at the reception on ground floor, KTDA Farmers Building, Moi Avenue Nairobi, so as to be received not later than 15^th  March 2022 at 9.30 am. Opening shall be on the same day.

Due to the COVID19 pandemic the tender opening shall be virtual through a video link. Bidders shall be provided with the log in credentials before the tender opening.

Canvassing will lead to automatic disqualification from the tendering process.
