KTDA Power Company Limited (KPTC), a wholly-owned subsidiary of KTDA Holdings Ltd provides management and consultancy services to Regional Power Companies (RPCs) distributed across the tea growing areas in Kenya. KPTC invites tenders from experienced engineering firms to design construct and commission efficient cooling system for both Chemosit and Gura Hydro-Power Generators in the two Small Hydro-Power Stations. KPTC also invites tenders for provision of security services for its operational Small Hydro-Power Stations
Interested eligible firms may obtain detailed tender documents from the procurement office, on first floor KTDA Farmers Building Moi Avenue, Nairobi during office hours upon payment of a non- refundable tender fee of Kshs 3,000. The tender document may also be requested by emailing: procurement@ktdateas.com upon payment of the tender fee.
Tender documents should be submitted in sealed envelopes marked with the tender name and reference number, addressed to:

Completed tender documents should be deposited in the tender box at the reception on ground floor KTDA Farmers Building, Moi Avenue Nairobi, so as to be received not later than 9.30 AM on 15th March 2022. The submitted tender documents will be opened on the same day.
Due to the COVID 19 pandemic the tender opening shall be virtual through a video link. Bidders shall be provided with the log in credentials before the tender opening.
Canvassing will lead to automatic disqualification from the tendering process.
