TENDER FOR SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF ONE (1) NEW 46-SEATER BUS – NG-CDF BUMULA

NG-CDF BUMULA TENDER APRIL 2026 

INVITATION TO TENDER 

The National Government Constituency Development Fund (NG-CDF) – Bumula Constituency, in collaboration with the Project
Management Committee of St. Elizabeth’s Bitobo Secondary School, hereby invites applications from interested, eligible, and
competent suppliers from reputable companies to participate in the tender listed below. The project is funded by NG-CDF

ELIGIBILITY; Interested bidders are required to meet
the following mandatory conditions;
1. Attach a certified copy of the certificate of
incorporation/Registration)
2. Must submit an original bid security of KSh 240,000 from an
approved commercial bank or PPRA-approved insurance
company, in the form of a banker’s cheque or bank guarantee
only. It must be valid for 150 days from tender opening. No
other forms are accepted, and validity will be verified with the
issuing institution.
3. Must provide a valid Tax Compliance Certificate (TCC)
copy. Attach the TCC checker from the KRA Website
4. Must provide a copy of a valid PIN Certificate and VAT
5. Form of Tender must be duly completed, signed and stamped
in the format provided by the Director or if delegated, attach a
letter of attorney,
6. Copy of audited financial statements of accounts for the last
three years (2023,2024 and 2025) signed by an
Accountant/Auditor Registered member of ICPAK.
7. Provide a valid filled-up CR12 from the Registrar of
Companies (Must be within 7 months) and attach copies of
IDS of ALL Directors.
8. Attach a copy of the current/valid single business permit from
the relevant County Government.
9. Must fill, sign and stamp the Anti-Corruption
Declaration/commitment pledge form.
10. One original tender document properly bound and
paginated/serialized/numbered on all pages and attachments.
11. Must fill, sign and stamp the Debarment Declaration form in
the format provided.
12. Manufacturers Authorization- Tenderers shall be required
to provide a Manufacturer’s Authorization if they are not the
manufacturers.
13. FUSO franchise holders or Registered dealers of FUSO
brands- attach proof dealership
14. A valid copy of government contract for Microbuses from
Supplies Branch
15. Duly filled, signed and stamped form of tender in the correct
format as per Instructions in the Tender Document

1. Duly filled signed and stamped Price Schedule form in the
   correct format as per Instructions in the Tender Document
2. Dully filled signed and stamped confidential business
   questionnaire form in the correct format as per Instructions in
   the Tender Document
3. Must attach Original Brochures and Catalogues
4. Submitted Original Tender & One Copy
5. Proof of working after sale service workshop within 100Kms
   radius-attach proof of existence of the after-sale Garage and
   location.
6. Capacity Building Levy: This levy, set at 0.03% of the
   value of the signed contract (exclusive of applicable taxes), is
   mandatory for all public procurement contracts effective 1st
   September 2024. The price quoted should be inclusive of
   0.03% (contract sum) capacity building levy.

   Interested eligible bidders may download a complete set of
   tender document with evaluation criteria from the PPIP
   portal: www.tenders.go.ke using the Tender Reference
   Number free of charge. Duly completed documents in plain
   sealed envelopes, clearly marked with the category number
   (Tender no.) item and should be deposited at the ST.
