INVITATION TO TENDER NUMBER
PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION OF A TUITION COMPLEX BLOCK AT KMTC SIGOWET CAMPUS.
TENDER NO: KMTC/010/2025 – 2026
1. The KENYA MEDICAL TRAINING COLLEGE invites sealed tenders for the PROPOSED
CONSTRUCTION OF A TUITION COMPLEX BLOCK AT KMTC SIGOWET CAMPUS.
2. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method Open National using a standardized tender
document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during
office hours 0800 to 1700 hours at the address given below.
4. Tender documents with full specifications can be obtained from the KMTC Headquarters, 1st Floor –
Procurement office, upon payment of non-refundable fee of Ksh. 1,000 (One Thousand Shillings) through
Jiunge Sale of Tender Document A/C No. 222 222. Cash strictly not acceptable.
5. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website www.kmtc.ac.ke and Public
Procurement Information Portal (PPIP) websitehttp://tenders.go.ke .
6. Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to
procurement@kmtc.ac.ke, P.O. Box 30195 – 00100 NAIROBI to facilitate any further clarification or
addendum.
7. Tenders shall be quoted be in Kenya Shillings and shall include all taxes. Tenders shall remain valid for 180
days from the date of opening of tenders.
8. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of Ks 400,000.00 (Four hundred thousand shillings only).
9. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
10. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 6th MAY, 2026 AT 10:00AM Electronic
Tenders WILL NOT be permitted.
11. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any dead line date and
times specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated
representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
12. Late tenders will be REJECTED.
