TENDER FOR BUILDING STOREYED TUITION BLOCK PHASE 1 (GROUND FLOOR) 2022 – CHAVAKALI HIGH

CHAVAKALI HIGH SCHOOL TENDER OCTOBER 2022  

Chavakali High School Tender Board invites sealed tenders from eligible firms/individuals as per schedule below:

Interested and eligible contractors may obtain information and tender documents from school or school website www.chavakalihigh.sc.ke and return the same to the school during working hours with a non-refundable bid fee of Ksh. 1000.00

The following are mandatory requirements that MUST be submitted together with the bids.

1)    Copy of certificate of incorporation/Registration

2)    Copy of NCA 4 certificate minimum

3)    Copy of Personal identification number (PIN) certificate

4)    Copy of a valid single business permit

5)    Copy of a valid Tax compliance certificate

6)    Duly filled confidential business questionnaire

7)    Duly filled bill of quantities in the format provided

8)    Audited Accounts for recent 3 years.

9)    Certified bank statement for the last 6 months.

10)  Proof of ownership of Equipment/lease agreement

11)  Proof of Technical Staff/copy of Certificates of atleast 3 Technical Staff

12)  Portfolio of past clients in similar works

13)  Detailed company profile 1

14)  Copy of CR12

15)  Certificate of Completion of at least 3 projects of similar nature

Completed tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes marked with tender description and tender number on the above date. Bidders are invited to attend the opening on the said date. The response should be addressed to:
