INVITATION TO TENDER
TENDER FOR CHEPTERIT WATER PROJECT
The County Government of Uasin Gishu invites sealed tenders for Construction of CHEPTERIT water project.
Tendering will be conducted under open National Tender using a standardized tender document. Tendering is open to all
qualified and interested Tenderers.
1. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents
during office hours 0900to1500hours at the address given below.
2. A complete set of tender documents may be obtained electronically from IFMIS. Tender documents
obtained electronically will be free of charge.
3. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website, IFMIS PLATFORM
PORTAL and PPIP (PUBLIC PROCUREMENT INFORMATION PORTAL) Tenderers who download
the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to supplychain@uasingishu.go.ke to
facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
4. The Tenders must be accompanied by filled tender securing declaration form
5. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before MONDAY 13TH May 2025 at
10.30 am. Hard copies of Tender documents will not be permitted.
6. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any dead line date
and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated
representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below.
7. Late tenders will be rejected.
