TENDER FOR CONSULTANCY SERVICE FOR PROJECT MANAGEMENT, DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISION FOR THE PROPOSED COMMERCIAL DEVELOPMENT UPON L.R. No. 209/12403 (I.R. No. 65612) IN NAIROBI WEST, NAIROBI CITY COUNTY FOR AMREF REGULATED NON-WDT SACCO SOCIETY LTD.
AMREF SACCO Society Ltd is registered under the Co-operative Societies ACT whose main objective is to provide competitive financial services to its members.
The SACCO invites sealed bids from eligible consulting firms, including consortiums to submit technical and financial proposals for the above tender.
The proposed sites located on L.R. No. 209/12403 [I.R. No. 65612] in Nairobi West. The scope of the works includes, project management, construction supervision, designing and preparation of tender documents for the above project.
The following must be submitted together with the proposal,
- Certified copy of certificate of incorporation
- Signed current curriculum vitae [CVs],
- certified certificates of the proposed key staff [signing and certification not earlier than the date of invitation]
- Current valid Tax Compliance
- Certificate of Proof of Registration as consulting firm
- Current work load of Litigation history [Sworn affidavit]
- Dully filled Confidential Business Questionnaire
- Power of attorney

Completed tender documents and bank deposit slip are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes marked with tender name and reference number and deposited in the tender Box at AMREF KCO Building, Wilson Airport, to be addressed to
