KTDA Power Company Limited (KPTC) on behalf of Highlands Power Generation Company invites tenders from eligible bidders for design, financing, construction, and operation and maintenance of Solar PV plants in Kambaa and Kagwe Tea factories.
KPTC is looking for a capable and experienced Design, Build, Operate and Transfer (DBOT) contractors to develop and invest in an optimally sized solar PV plants within the precincts of the two factories.
Interested eligible bidders may obtain detailed tender documents from the procurement office, on first floor KTDA Farmers Building, Moi Avenue, Nairobi during office hours upon payment of the non-refundable tender fee. The tender documents can by requested by emailing: procurement@ktdateas.com
Both financial and technical bid documents should be submitted in sealed envelopes marked with the tender name and reference number addressed to:

Completed documents should be deposited in the tender box at the reception on ground floor, KTDA Farmers Building, Moi Avenue, Nairobi, so as to be received not later than 13th December, 2022 at 9:30 AM. Opening shall be on the same day.
The tender opening shall be, virtual through a video link. Bidders shall be provided with the log-in credentials before the tender opening.
Canvassing will lead to automatic disqualification from the tendering process.
