| 1. | The Ministry of Tourism and Wildlife, State Department for Wildlife invites sealed Tenders for
Drilling,Equipping and Civil Works of Boreholes in Kericho, Nakuru and Baringo Counties The scope of works is as follows: – 1. Drilling and Construction of Borehole 2. Pump Installation and Control Panel 3. Raising Main Pipeline 4. Construction of 100 m3 Masonry/Steel Elevated and or 24m3 Steel Elevated Tank 5. Last Mile Connectivity 6. Other civil works The Construction Period is: 6 Months The Location is: various |
| 2. | Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method using a standardized Tender document. |
| 3. | The tenderers may obtain further information and inspect
the Tender Documents during office hours [. 0900 to 1500 hours] at the address given below. |
| 4. | A complete set of tender documents may be obtained by interested tenderers electronically from the |
| 5. | Tenders shall be quoted in Kenya Shillings and shall include all taxes. |
| Tenders shall remain valid for (180) days from the date of opening of tenders. | |
| 6. | All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security Amount for kshs.150,000.00 (One Hundred and Fifty Thousand Kenya shillings (In Accordance with Section 61(2) (c) of the PPAD Act 2015) |
| 7. | The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the Tender documents submitted. (Mandatory in Accordance with Section 74(1)(i) Of the PPAD Act 2015) |
| 8. | Completed Tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before10.00am on 7th February 2024
