TENDER FOR INSTALLATION, INTEGRATION, MANAGEMENT AND OPERATION OF FOUR (4) VIRTUAL WEIGHBRIDGE STATIONS
Kenya Rural Roads Authority (KeRRA) is a State Corporation established under the Kenya Roads Act, 2007 with
the mandate to Develop, Construct and Maintain the Rural Road networks.
The Authority hereby invites sealed bids from eligible bidders to bid for Installation, Integration, Management
and Operation of Four (4) Virtual Weighbridge Stations.
Tendering is open to all qualified and interested citizen Contractors.
Attendance to Pre-Tender Site visit is MANDATORY. The attendance dates are as indicated in the detailed tender
notice available in the KeRRA website, www.kerra.go.ke.
A complete set of tender documents may be obtained by interested tenderers from Kenya Rural Roads Authority
website: www.kerra.co.ke. as from Wednesday, 20th March, 2024.
Completed tender documents MUST be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes, clearly marked with the Tender
Name, Tender Number and deposited in the Tender Box located on Ground Floor, Barabara Plaza Block B, or be
addressed and posted to the below address on or before Thursday, 18th April, 2024 at 11.00 a.m.
