Interested Tenderers shall pay a non-refundable fee as specified in the bidding document via M-pesa (Paybill 526000; Ac. No. “Your Company Name”). The M-pesa payment message shall be printed and attached to the tender/RFP response document. Upon downloading the bidding document bidders shall forward their particulars to tenders@materkenya.com .
Envelopes will be clearly marked with the “Tender/ RFP Number” and addressed to:

Tenders/RFPs shall be deposited in the Tender Box located at the Administration Block 3rd floor. Opening of submissions will be conducted at the designated location in the bidding document. Tenderers or their representatives are free to attend the opening session on the specified closing date at 1100hours local time.
