1. The Matayos NGCDF invites sealed tenders for the construction of 1No. classroomat Budokomi PrimarySchool
2. Tendering will be conducted under Open Competitive Method National using a standardizedtenderdocument. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers. Open to all Small andMediumEnterprises registered appropriately.

1. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documentsduringoffice hoursfrom 0800hrs to 1700hrs atthe address given below.

2. A complete set of tender documents may be purchased or obtained by interested tenders upon payment ofanonrefundable fees of Kshs N/A (tenderers will be required to download the tender) in cashor Banker’sCheque and payable to the address given below. Tender documents will be obtained electronicallyfromtheWebsite https://tenders.go.ke. Tender documents obtained electronicallywill be free of charge.

3. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website https://tenders.go.ke. Tendererswho download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to cdfmatayos@ngcdf.go.ke;0791273298;P.O. BOX1055-50400,BUSIA tofacilitate any further clarification or addendum.

4. Tendersshall be quoted be in Kenya Shillings and shall include all taxes. Tendersshall remain validfor 120daysfromthe date of opening oftenders.

5. All Tenders must be accompanied by a tender security of Kshs. 15,000 from a reputable bankorinsuranceagency approved by the PPRA valid for 120 days from the date of tender opening

6. TheTenderershall chronologically serialize all pages ofthe tender documentssubmitted.

7. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 17th September, 2025 at 10.00am.ElectronicTenderswillnot be permitted.

8. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any deadlinedateandtime specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designatedrepresentativeswho choose to attend atthe address below.

9. Late tenderswill be rejected.
