Nyandarua County Assembly invites sealed tenders from eligible and qualified bidders for. Provision for Medical, GPA/WIBA and Group Life Assurance Covers for Members of staff of Nyandarua County Assembly as indicated below:

Interested bidders can download Tender documents at www.nyandaruassembly.go.ke or at Public Procurement Information Portal

Interested and eligible bidders MUST submit their scanned bids documents through G.O.K IFMIS Suppliers Portal www.supplier.treasury.go.ke and drop a hard copy tender document as specified below.

Bidders must provide Bid Bonds in form of Bank Guarantee from a reputable bank licensed and operating in Kenya.

Further, Prospective bidders are advised to check the detailed specifications, requirements terms and conditions in the tender document

Completed Tender documents are to be enclosed in a plain sealed envelope marked with Tender Name and Reference Number and deposited in the Tender box situated at the reception of Nyandarua County Assembly located in former 01 Kalou Town Council opposite 01 Kalou Police Station or be addressed to: –

so as to be received on or before Friday, 28^th  October, 2022 at 11.00 A.M. (Local Time]. Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the Procurement Office in the presence of tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend the opening. NOTE: Late Tenders shall not be accepted.
