TENDER FOR PROVISION OF ANTI-MONEY LAUNDERING SYSTEM – CIC INSURANCE GROUP

CIC INSURANCE GROUP TENDER NOVEMBER 2022 

CIC Insurance Group Plc invites tenders for Provision of Anti-Money Laundering System (AML). Tendering will be conducted through use of Open Tender Method. The tender is open to all qualified and interested tenderers with the requisite experience and capacity.

Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and download the bid document through the following link: https://cic.co.ke/wp-content/uploads/2022/11/Tender_Document_for-Provision_of_AML_System_integration.pdf.  Upon download, tenderers will be required to submit their details which should include name of firm, contact person, email addresses and telephone contacts to procurement. dept@dc.co.ke email address.

Interested bidders are required to submit their bids electronically through Tenders@cic.co.ke email address on or before Tuesday 22^nd  November 2022 at 10.00 a.m. The bid document must be encrypted with a password. The password should be sent to Tenders@cic.co.ke with a copy to procurement.dept@cic.co.ke on Tuesday 22nd November 2022 at 10.00 a.m. to facilitate opening of the bids.

Kindly note no physical bid documents should be submitted. Late bids will be rejected and will be sent back to the bidder’s e-mail address. Prices quoted should be net inclusive of all taxes and delivery, in Kenya Shillings and shall remain valid for 120 days from the closing date of the tender.
