Provision of Cleaning Services
The County Government of Bungoma through the Department of Public Service Management and Administration invites sealed Tenders from eligible and competent Cleaning Service Providers for the Provision of Cleaning Services- New Contract to the Head Office in Bungoma and the 9(nine) regional subcounty offices as detailed in the Schedule of requirements and Tender Form.
Interested Cleaning Service Providers may obtain the Tender documents by downloading from the County Government of Bungoma website: www.bungoma.go.ke or Public Procurement Information Portal: http://www.tenders.go.ke, free of charge. Prices quoted should be inclusive of all taxes and must be in Kenya shillings and shall remain valid for 120 days from the closing date. The tenderer shall furnish, as part of its tender, a tender security of Kshs. 168,000 in the form of a Guarantee issued by a Bank or Insurance Company accepted by Public Procurement Regulatory Authority.
Duly completed tender documents, in PDF FILE FORMAT Marked with the TENDER NO/IFMIS NEGOTIATION NUMBER. 885687-2021/2022 -the Provision of Cleaning Services at County Government of Bungoma Offices , should be submitted electronically through the IFMIS PLATFORM so as to be received on or before Friday 2nd July, 2021 at exactly 10.30 a.m. local time.
Opening of tenders/bids will take place immediately thereafter at the Conference Room annex building in the presence of tenderers/representatives who wish to attend. The Prices quoted in the tender/bid should be net inclusive of all taxes.
