INVITATION TO TENDER
TENDER FOR PROVISION OF STAFF MEDICAL INSURANCE.
GATWASCO/T/02/2022-2023
The Gatundu Water & sanitation Company Ltd invites sealed tenders for the
provision of staff medical insurance for a period of one year from the date the Contract
is signed.
1. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method using a standardized
tender document. Tendering is open to all qualified UNDERWRITERS ONLY.
2. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information on the Tender
documents during office hours [i.e., 0800 to1700 hours] . More details on the
Services are provided in PART 2 – Services’ Requirements, Section V –
Description of Services of the Tender Document.

1. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded free from the government portal
or received from our email through request. Tenderers who download the tender
document must immediately contact the procurement office to facilitate any further
clarification or any addendum.
2. All Tenders must be accompanied by a “Tender Security” as indicated in the Data
Sheet.
3 The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents
submitted.
4 Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 14th
September at 11.00 A.m., Electronic Tenders will not be permitted.
5 Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified
above or any deadline date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly
opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who
choose to attend at the company boardroom.
9. Late tenders will be rejected.
