KENYA FISHERIES SERVICE TENDER NOVEMBER 2022 

INIVITATION TO TENDER                        

Eligible and competent bidders for the following tender.

Interested bidders may obtain a set of bidding documents with detailed specifications and conditions from
www.kefs.go.ke free of charge.
Only bidders who meet the following mandatory requirements will be considered for further evaluation:
1. Certified copy of Certificate Registration/Incorporation;
2. Attach Form CR 12;
3. Current and certified Retirement Benefits Authority (RBA) License;
4. Valid tax compliance & KRA PIN certificate;
5. Valid Business Permit;
6. Must submit a Tender-Securing Declaration;
7. Must provide certified audited accounts of the company and the umbrella fund for the last three years;
8. Must provide evidence of valid professional insurance indemnity; and
9. Other mandatory requirements as detailed in respective tender documents
Completed tender documents (1 Original copy of the bid document and 2 other Copies) in plain sealed
envelopes and clearly marked Tender No……. should be addressed to,

And dropped in the tender box situated at the Procurement Office, 1st Floor, NHIF Building, Ragati Road, Nairobi
on or before 24th November, 2022 at 10:00 a.m.
Submitted tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of bidders or their representatives
who choose to attend at the KeFS boardroom, on 13th Floor, NHIF Building, Ragati Road, Nairobi.
