INVITATION TO TENDER
SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF BRANDED TENTS AND ARM-SUPPORTED PLASTIC CHAIRS AT KILUNGU WARD
NEGOTIATION NO. 2102802-2025/2026
1. The GOVERNMENT OF MAKUENI COUNTY, DEPARTMENT OF GENDER, CHILDREN,
YOUTH, SPORTS AND SOCIAL SERVICES invites sealed tenders for the supply of goods i.e.
SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF BRANDED 100 SEATER TENTS AND ARM-SUPPORTED PLASTIC CHAIRS AT KILUNGU WARD
2. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method National using a standardized tender
document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
3. Tendering is open to all Makueni County Resident Contractors/ Suppliers registered appropriately
and issued with a Valid Single Business Permit by Makueni County Government.
4. Tenderers will NOT be allowed to tender for one or more lots.
5. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information from PPIP and IFMIS portal.
6. A complete set of tender documents may be electronically obtained by interested tenders for free
from the Website((insert website)). Tender documents obtained electronically will be free of charge.
7. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website www.makueni.go.ke
or www.tenders.go.ke.Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars
immediately to procurement@makueni.go.ke to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
8. All Tenders must be accompanied by a tender Security of KSH. 66,000.00.
9. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
10. Completed tenders must be submitted electronically Via IFMIS portal negotiation number 2102802-
2025/2026 on or before 19 February, 2026 at 10:00 A.M.
11. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any dead
line date and time specified later.
12. Late tenders will be rejected.
