Supply And Delivery of Fuel, Oil, Petrol Deisel and Lubricants.
(FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT FOR 3 YEARS
The Alupe University invites sealed tenders for the supply of Fuel, Oil, Petrol Deisel and Lubricants for a
period of 3 years. Tenders will be awarded on basis of Framework Agreement.
3. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method National tender using a standardized
tender document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
4. Tenderers will not be allowed to tender for one or more lots”.
5. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender
Documents during office hours 8:00am to 5:00pm at the address given below. Tender documents
may be viewed and/or downloaded from the website: www.au.ac.ke
6. A complete set of tender documents may be purchased or obtained by interested tenders upon
payment of a non- refundable fee of Kshs. 1000 (One Thousand only) payable to Account No

Tender documents obtained electronically will be free of charge.
7. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website www.au.ac.ke.
Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to
quotation@au.ac.ke Tel: 0741 217 185 and P.O Box 845-50400 Busia to facilitate any further
clarification or addendum.
8. All Tenders must be accompanied by a tender Security” Kshs. 160,000 (One Hundred Sixty
Thousand Only)
9. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
10. Completed tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes, marked with the tender
number and be deposited in the tender box provided at Alupe University Offices, Administration
block, Busia-Malaba Road, and addressed to:

To be received on or before Tuesday 4th November 2025 at 10:00 AM.
11. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any dead
line date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers
designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
