Kenya Judiciary Academy invites sealed bids from eligible tenderers as indicated below: –

  1. Interested and eligible tenderers may obtain further information during office hours 9.00 a.m to 3.00 p.m at the address given below.
  2. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the Judiciary’s website: www.judiciary.go.ke and from the Public Procurement Information Portal (PPIP) website: www.tenders.go.ke.
  3. Any request for clarifications must be made in writing at least five (5) days prior to the tender closing date through info@kja.go.ke , judiciaryinstitute@gmail.com  and kja@court.go.ke . All clarifications and/ or addendum will then be uploaded on the Judiciary and PPIP websites.
  4. All clarifications and/or addendums shall be uploaded on the Judiciary and the Public Procurement Information Portal websites.
  5. All interested bidders for Tender No. KJA/0NT/05/2023-2024 MUST visit the site on 25th March, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. The site visit will take place at Kenya Judiciary Academy, KCB Leadership Center, along KEPHIS road, off Ngong road, next to KEPHIS Headquarters.
  6. Tenders shall be quoted in Kenya Shillings, include all taxes and shall remain valid for 126 days from the date of opening of tenders.
  7. All Tenders must be accompanied by a TENDER-SECURING DECLARATION FORM dully filled, signed and stamped
  8. The Tenderer MUST ensure ALL pages of the tender documents are duly paginated sequentially.
  9. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below enclosed in a plain sealed envelope, clearly marked with the respective tender number and description and deposited in the Tender Box on or before as stated above.
  10. Electronic Tenders WILL NOT be permitted.
  11. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any deadline date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
  12. Late tenders will be rejected.
