SUPPLY, CUSTOMIZATION, TESTING, TRAINING, COMMISSIONING AND MAINTENANCE OF AN INTERNAL AUDIT AND ENTERPRISE RISK MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (SOFTWARE).

- CAK invites sealed tenders for supply, customization, testing, training, commissioning and maintenance of an internal audit and enterprise risk management system (software).
- Tendering will be conducted under open national tender using a standardized tender document.
- Tender documents containing detailed specifications can be obtained from the supply chain mgt office at CBK pension Towers,15 th floor between 9.00am to 5.00pm upon payment of a non -refundable fee of Kshs 1,000.00 (One thousand shillings only) payable in cash or bankers Cheque to the CAK at the cash office situated at the 15 th Floor, CBK Pension Towers Along Harambee Avenue.
- Downloaded free from the Authority’s website www.cak.go.ke Interested bidders who download the documents should immediately send their particulars through email scm@cak.go.ke to facilitate any further clarification or addendum. Further, all prospective bidders are advised to visit the website regularly to check any updates or addenda that may be issued.
- All Tenders must be accompanied by a “Tender-security,” as appropriate.
- The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
- Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 2nd May 2025. Electronic Tenders will not be permitted.
- Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline (12:00pm, 5 TH May 2025) date and time specified above or any deadline date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at Procurement parking yard.
- Completed tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes, marked with the tender number and name and be deposited in the Tender Box at Reception in CAK,CBK Pension Towers,15th Floor or be addressed to;-
