INVITATION TO TENDER
SUPPLY, DELIVERY, INSTALLATION, TESTING AND COMMISSIONING OF DIGITAL XRAY UNIT AND RADIOLOGY ULTRASOUND UNIT FOR LEVELV & IV HOSPITALS
TENDER NUMBER- CGK/CHS/T/EQP/46/2023/2024
1.THE COUNTY GOVERNMENT OF KIAMBU-DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH SERVICES invites sealed tenders for
SUPPLY, DELIVERY, INSTALLATION, TESTING AND COMMISSIONING OF DIGITAL X- RAY UNIT AND RADIOLOGY
ULTRASOUND UNIT FOR LEVEL V & IV HOSPITALS
Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method (National) using a
standardized tender document. Tendering is open to all eligible tenderers.
2.Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender
Documents during office hours [ 0800 to 1700 hours] at the address given below.
3.A complete set of Tender documents shall be obtained electronically from the Website(s) www.tenders.go.ke
or www.kiambu.go.ke.
5.Tenders shall be quoted in Kenya Shillings and shall include all taxes. Tenders shall remain valid for (91) days
from the date of opening of tenders. 16TH APRIL 2024 AT 11.00 AM
6.The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
7.Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before.
8.Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any deadline date
and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated
representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
9.Late tenders will be rejected.
