NOTE
1. Only electronic submissions of completed tender document shall be allowed.
2. The Evaluation and Qualification criteria of bids is as described in the tender documents.
3. The Procuring Entity shall use the following electronic-procurement system to manage this
Tendering process: IFMIS PORTAL: www.supplier.treasury.go.ke.
4. Tender must be accompanied by a tender Security of Kshs: 300,000.00 (Three Hundred thousand
only) valid for 90 days inform of cash, a bank guarantee or an insurance company registered and
licensed by the Insurance Regulatory Authority listed by the Authority or issued by a financial
institution approved and licensed by the Central Bank of Kenya in line to regulation 45 of PPADR 2020
5. The Tender opening shall take place in the IFMIS Portal www.supplier.treasury.go.ke.
Immediately after the tender closes. Bidders are advised to monitor the opening process through the
same portal. For Tender submission purposes only IFMIS Portal www.supplier.treasury.go.ke.
6. The deadline for Tender submission is:
