INVITATION TO TENDER
TENDER FOR SUPPLY & DELIVERY OF ASSORTED FOODSTUFF FOR ALL RESCUE CENTERS (KAKUMA, LODWAR AND LOKICHAR)
(TCG/EDSSP/FWC/031/2025-2026)
1. The ministry of Education, sports and social protection invites sealed tenders for the
supply and delivery of assorted food stuffs.
2.Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method (county) using a standardized
tender document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
3.The tender is open to all Eligible bidders.
4.Tenderers will be allowed to tender for one or more lots.
5.Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender
Documents during office hours 0800 to 0500hrs Monday TO Friday at the address given below.
6.A complete set of tender documents may be obtained electronically by downloading from the
turkana county government website; www.turkana.go.ke free of charge.
Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to
should forward their company’s details to supplychainoffice@turakana.go.ke so that any addendum/
clarifications can be sent to their email address to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
8. Where applicable, Tenders must be accompanied by a [Kshs. tender securing declaration form
―tender Security‖ or ―Tender-Securing Declaration, ‖ as appropriate] of [insert amount and currency in case
of a tender Security.]
9. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
10.Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 28TH December, 2025 at 11:00am
11.Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any
dead line date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of
the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
13. Late tenders will be rejected.
