Interested bidders can download the tender document from the county government of Tana River website (www.tanarivercounty.go.ke) and or from IFMIS tender portal: www.supplier.treasury.go.ke using the negotiation number above for each tender.
The tenderers who may experience challenges in accessing and uploading their tenders in the IFMIS Supplier Portal should contact the IFMIS help desk (Tel; 0800721477) at the National treasury or contact procurement office at the county headquarters.
The applicants must have the following qualification:
- Certified Certificate of incorporation
- Dully filled form of tender
- Certified tax compliance certificate
- 2% Bid bond (bid sum) from a reputable Bank/lnsurance
- Certified valid business permit issued by County Government of Tana River
- Dully filled confidential business questionnaire
- Dully filled power of attorney/litigation history
Bids must be submitted through IFMIS supplier portal not later than Tuesday, 29th June 2021. The tender opening process will be on Tuesday, 29th June 2021 at 10.30am in the County Director of Procurements Office in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.
Bids submitted later than the closing date will be disqualified.
