KENYA FILM CLASSIFICATION BOARD TENDER OCTOBER 2022 

INVITATION TO TENDER                   

The Kenya Film Classification Board (KFCB) is established by Statute to regulate the Film and broadcast content with a view to protecting children from exposure to harmful content.

KFCB invites sealed tenders from eligible candidates for the following:

Interested tenderers may obtain further information and the Tender Documents from the KFCB website https://kfcb.go.ke/tenders/. Alternatively they may visit the Supply Chain Management office, Kenya Film Classification Board, Aga Khan Walk, Uchumi house 15th floor during normal office working hours or through email address kfcbprocurement@kfcb.go.ke.

 A complete tender document may be downloaded from the KFCB website https://kfcb.go.ke/tenders/ and PPIP tenders portal, free of charge or a hard copy obtained upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Kshs.1,000.00 payable in cash or Bankers cheque to the Chief Executive Officer, Kenya Film Classification Board.

Complete Tender documents, enclosed in plain sealed envelope, marked with the Tender Number shall addressed to: –

And be deposited in the tender box provided at Uchumi House 15th Floor, Aga Khan Walk, Nairobi, so as to be received on or before Thursday 27th October, 2022 at 11.00 a.m.

Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter at the KFCB Boardroom Uchumi House 14th Floor Aga Khan Walk in the presence of the tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend the opening.
