TENDER FOR SUPPLY OF AUTOMATIC PENSKY MARTENS FLASH POINT TESTER

3. The Kenya Pipeline Company Ltd invites sealed tenders from eligible candidates for the
Tender for Supply of Automatic Pensky Martens Flash Point Tester
4. Tendering will be conducted under Open competitive method (National) using a
standardized tender document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
5. Tendering is open to all Small and Medium Enterprises registered appropriately
with National Treasusry AGPO – YOUTH CATEGORY.
6. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender
Documents from the website: www.kpc.co.ke. Tender documents may be obtained
electronically from the Website(s) www.kpc.co.ke or www.tenders.go.ke .Tender
documents obtained electronically will be free of charge.
7. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website
(www.kpc.co.ke).
8. All Tenders must be accompanied by a duly filled tender securing declaration form.
9. The Tenderer is encouraged to chronologically serialize all pages of the tender
documents submitted.
10.Hard copies of tender documents will not be permitted. Only electronic tenders will be
permitted.
Completed tenders documents must be submitted electronically in PDF format and
uploaded on the Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) Collaboration Folder on or
before 1st October 2025 at 10.00 a.m. Late submission will be automatically locked out
by the system.

11.Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above
or any deadline date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the
presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the
address below.
