The (SECRETARY BOM MUSA GITAU PRIMARY SCHOOL) invites sealed tenders for the construction of

KBU/NG/26/2024-2026/KKY(013) FOR A PERIOD OF 90 DAYS IN THE SCHOOL COMPOUND
KIKUYU SUB COUNTY
1. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method (NATIONAL/International) [Select one] using a

2. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during
office hours[insert office hoursif applicable i.e. 0900 to 1700 hours] atthe address given below.
3. A complete set of tender documents may be purchased or obtained by interested tenders upon payment of a nonrefundable fees of (Amount in Kenya shillings 1000/=) in cash or Banker’s Cheque at the MUSA GITAU
PRIMARY SCHOOL and payable to the address given below. Tender documents may also be obtained
electronically from the www.tenders.go.ke (ppip portal).Tender documents obtained electronically will be free of
charge.
4. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website www.tenders.go.ke (ppip portal).
Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to
(revmusagitau@yahoo.com, 020-2015048 P.O. Box 312- 00902 Kikuyu ) to facilitate any further
clarification or addendum.
5. Tenders shall be quoted in Kenya Shillings and shall include all taxes ie 16% VAT and 0.03% PPRA Levy.
Tendersshall remain valid for (150 DAYS ) days fromthe date of opening oftenders.

7. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.

9. Tenders will be opened soon after the deadline date and time specified above or any dead line date and time
