TENDER NO. JUD/OT/005/2025-2026 – SUPPLY, DELIVERY,
INSTALLATION, TESTING AND COMMISSIONING OF LEASED PRINTERS
The Judiciary invites bidders who are technically and financially capable for Leasing
Services of Multifunctional Printers (MFPs) for a period of four (4) years renewable
annually subject to satisfactory performance.
Interested and eligible candidates may view and obtain the tender document by
downloading from the Judiciary’s website: www.judiciary.go.ke or from the Public
Procurement Information Portal (PPIP) website: www.tenders.go.ke.Any request
for clarifications must be made in writing at least three (3) days to the closing
date of the tender. All Clarifications and addenda will be posted on the Judiciary
and PPIP websites.
Prices quoted for the above tender shall be inclusive of all taxes, Public Procurement
Capacity Building Levy (PPCBL) of 0.03% of the quoted amount and delivery costs, must be
expressed in Kenya Shillings and shall remain valid for one hundred and twenty (120)
days from the closing date of the tender. The Tender must be accompanied by tender
security of Kshs. 500,000.00 per LOT and in the form of a guarantee valid for One
Hundred and Fifty (150) days from tender closing date in the form of a guarantee
issued by a financial institution approved and licensed by the Central Bank of Kenya
(CBK) or by an Insurance Company registered and licensed by the Insurance
Regulatory Authority (IRA) Addressed and payable to the Chief Registrar of the
Judiciary.
Completed tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes, clearly
marked with the tender number and name and deposited in the Tender Box
provided at the Main gate, Supreme Court entrance, City Hall Way, Nairobi and
addressed to:
CHIEF REGISTRAR OF THE JUDICIARY
ATT: DIRECTORATE OF SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT SERVICES
P.O BOX 30041-00100, NAIROBI, KENYA
to be received on or before 19th September 2025 at 10.00 AM.
Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the designated
tenderers representatives who choose to attend at Supreme Court Building 2nd
Floor Boardroom No. 74 or as will be advised.
