Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during office hours [9.00 a.m. to 4:00pm] at the address given below.
Tender documents may be obtained electronically from PPRA website www.tenders.go.ke free of charge.
Tender documents obtained electronically will be free of charge. Tenderers downloading documents from the website shall advise the Procuring Entity that they have downloaded the tender documents, giving full contact addresses of the tenderer sent via email to egojiteachers@gmail.com
Tender hardcopies may be obtained from the procurement office upon payment of non-refundable Ksh 1,000.00 at the finance office. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 20th JUNE 2025 at 11.00 AM
Electronic l enders will not be permitted.
Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any deadline date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the tenderers or their designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below.
Late tenders will be rejected.
