SUPPPLY AND DELIVERY OF NUTRITION COMMODITIES (BLENDED FORTIFIED FLOUR)

- The Government of Makueni County invites sealed tenders for the supply and delivery of Nutrition Commodities
- Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method (National) using a standardized tender document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
- Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during office hours [insert office hours if applicable i.e. 0800 to 1700 hours] at the address given below.
- A complete set of tender documents may be obtained by interested tenders electronically free of charge.
- Interested and eligible suppliers may download tender documents from County Government Website www.makueni.go.ke or www.tenders.go.ke or the IFMIS supplier portal: http://supplier.treasury.go.ke free of charge.
- All Tenders must be accompanied by a [insert “tender Security” or “Tender-Securing Declaration,” as appropriate] of Kes 50,000.00
- The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
- Completed tender documents MUST be submitted through IFMIS SUPPLIER PORTAL: http://supplier.treasury.go.ke so as to be received on or before 29th April 2025 at 10:00AM. The system will automatically lock out at the time and date of tender closing as indicated in the IFMIS portal.
