The Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC] invites sealed tenders through IFMIS from eligible bidders for the listed Goods, Works and Services.

Tendering will be conducted under Restricted procurement method using a standardized tender document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.

All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of Kes. 100,000.00 in the form of a Bank guarantee from a Commercial bank licenced by the Central Bank of Kenya valid for 150 Days from date of tender closure
