AVSI Foundation invites competent companies in Electrical/green energy to tender for the following supply, delivery and installations of solar components in Nairobi and Kwaie Counties Kenya.
Lot 1 (Kwaie] – Supply, delivery and installation at Shimba Hills Health Centre – (3.3kWp/9.6kWh), Kichaka Simba Primary[2.42kWp/9.6kWh) and Mwagodzo Primary (2.42kWp/9.6kWh).
Lot 2 (Nairobi) – Supply, delivery and installation at St. Kizito Mwihoko – Githurai (3.3kWp/9.6kWh), Little Prince Primary – Kibera (3.3kWp/9.6kWh) and Ushirika Centre Kibera (2.42kWp/9.6kWh).
Requirements:
Company profile with: –
| PIN and registration certificate | Audited accounts for the last 2 years |
| Certificate of compliance (Current) | Declaration of Eligibility duly stamped and signed (Annex 1) |
| County operating business license | AVSI Code of Ethics acceptance duly stamped and signed (Annex 2) |
| Backed/proven past experience | EPRA certificate Cl, T3 and V2 |
| At least NC 7 Electrical installation | Tender dossier duly completed and signed in all its parts |
| List of major solar supply, installation completed in the last 3 years | |
