The National Lottery invites sealed bids from eligible candidates for the above tender.
Interested eligible bidders may download a complete set of tender documents from National Lottery Board
website: www.nlb.go.ke or public procurement information portal www.tenders.go.ke free of charge.
Tenderers who download the document should register with the entity through Email: procurement@nlb.go.ke
to access any clarifications or addendum issued.
Completed tender documents for Provision of Transaction Advisory Services for the procurement of a National
Lottery Operator should be submitted accompanied by an original copy of a Tender Security/Bid Bond issued by
a reputable Commercial Bank or an approved Insurance Company by Public Procurement Regulatory Authority
in the amount of Kenya shillings Two Million only (KES 2,000,000.00).
The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
