Background

Naivasha Water and Sanitation Company Ltd (NAIVAWASCO) is a water service provider, fully owned by the County Government of Nakuru.

NAIVAWASCO plans to Solarize 10 of its water pumping stations located within Naivasha Subcounty, so as to utilize solar energy for water pumping operations.

Interested parties may request for clarification on this EOl up to 7 seven days before the EOl submission date. Any updates/ Clarification on this EOl shall be posted on the Naivasha Water and Sanitation Company Ltd website, https://naivashawater.co.ke . Any request for clarification to be email to procurement@naivashawater.co.ke .

Three (3) copies of the Expression of Interest application documents shall be submitted

ONE (1) marked “ORIGINAL”, and TWO (2) endorsed copies marked “COPY” in separate sealed envelopes. Each envelope shall be clearly marked “NAIVAWASCO -EOI-SP -02

The EOl documents will be opened on 6th of January, 2022, at 10.00am, at the Naivasha Water Boardroom. Bidders or their representatives who wish to attend the opening are invited. Only successful prequalified firms will be invited to participate in the next stage of Request for Proposals (RFP). NAIVAWASCO reserves the right to accept or reject any or all applications
