QUALIFICATION FOR BIDDERS:
- Relevant NCA Certificate, Practicing License, Certificate of Incorporation/ Registration, Business permit, Tax Compliance Certificate,
- Evidence of experience in similar works done for the last 3 years [attach copies of contracts and certificate of completion]. Copies of LPOs will not be acceptable.
- Attach detailed work schedule/ Plan.
- Bank statement of the last 6 months.
