TOWARDS THE IMPLEMENTATIONOF CONTINUING PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT COURSES FOR ENGINEERS
The Engineers Board of Kenya is a statutory body established under Section 3(1) of the Engineers Act 2011. The Board is responsible for the registration of engineers and engineering firms, regulation of engineering professional services, setting of standards, development and general practice of engineering.
As part of the objectives of building capacity for professional engineers, under Section 7(1) (q) of the Engineers Act 2011 the Board has power to “plan, arrange and oversee continuing professional training and development of engineers.”
The Board invites interested and capable organizations, firms, and Institutions to indicate their interest to be accredited service providers for development and delivery of Continuous Professional Development programmes for Engineers in Kenya for the period January 2023 – December 2023.
Eligibility criteria, establishment of the short-list and the selection procedure shall be in accordance with the requirements set out by the Board for institutions/firms and individuals, which are available in the Board’s website at www.ebk.go.ke.
Interested parties should download the application form from the Board’s website, duly fill the application form attaching all the required documentation as per the specifications on the bid document, and deliver the Expression of Interest to the Board addressed to: –

so as to be received on or before Friday 28th October 2022 at 12 noon and thereafter opened in the presence of the firms’ representatives.
