TENDER NOTICE
1. The Kenya Revenue Authority invites sealed bids from eligible candidates for the following
tender:

portal available on the KRA website www.kra.go.ke and the Public Procurement Information Portal
www.tenders.go.ke free of charge. Prospective bidders should register for E-Procurement to enable
them access the KRA portal under “New Supplier Registration” found under the Tender Tab. - Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender
Documents during office hours 8:00am-5:00pm. - Completed Bids are to be saved as PDF documents marked ““REF: KRA/HQS/RT057/2025-2026 Procurement of Transfer Pricing Database for the International Tax
Office for a period of Three (3) years” and submitted to the appropriate KRA E-procurement
Web Portal found on the KRA website so as to be received on or before Monday, 27th April 2026 at
11.00 a.m. (East African time). - Tendering will be conducted under National Open Competitive method using a standardized
tender document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers. - Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender
Documents during office hours i.e. 0800 to 1700 hours. - The bidding document may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website www.kra.go.ke
and the Public Procurement Information Portal; www.tenders.go.ke free of charge. Tenderers who
download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to
eprocurement@kra.go.ke, telephone +254 020 2817022 and P.O. Box 48240 – 00100 to facilitate any
further clarification or addendum -
The tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
- Submission should strictly be done via the KRA E-Procurement Portal. Bidders to note that
system bid submission issues shall not be addressed within 24 hours to the tender opening date and time. - Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any
deadline date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the
Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the address above. - Tenders shall be quoted in Kenya Shillings and shall include all taxes.
- Tenders shall remain valid for three hundred and thirty-five (335) days from the date of opening of tenders.
- An original hard copy or a digital tender security (which MUST be verifiable in form of QR code
or an online portal) of Kshs. 100,000 in a freely convertible currency valid for 365 days from the
date of tender opening i.e. valid until 26th April 2027. A hard copy of the bid security MUST
be dropped in the Tender Security Box located at Ground Floor, Times Tower Building
and for digital tender security, it MUST be attached and submitted electronically
together with the technical proposal any day before the tender closing date. The hard
copy of the Bid Security must be in a sealed envelope bearing the Tender Number and
Description and addressed to the address indicated above. - Late submission of tenders shall not be accepted.
Any canvassing or giving of false information will lead to automatic disqualification.
